| Picture is of Officer William Handrahan of the West Covina Police Department with his 2 daughters Lori (L) and Kathy (R) by his police car. This photo was taken at their Barrydale Street home in 1957, 58 or 59. Officer Handrahan was the arresting officer of Carole Tregoff and Dr. Bernard Finch in the 1959 murder of Barbara Finch. Ironically, Carole Tregoff and her husband James Pappa lived 3 houses from here around the corner on Big Dalton. |
